AHLEI

In addition to supporting Institutions through the pandemic shift to providing our academic programs and exams in a blended and online format in an effort to minimize program disruption and catalyze innovation through distance learning, AHLEI and NRA have assisted Academia since 2020 to reinforce their non-credit course offerings in several crucial areas such as redefining customer service, food safety and COVID-19 precautions, leading to professional certifications and industry-recognized credentials for faculty and students.

Hosco / Lobster Ink

Hosco has partnered with Lobster Ink to make their online hospitality industry training courses available to hospitality schools and departments for the first time. . Now via Hosco, hospitality schools and departments can access Lobster Ink resources. Currently hospitality lecturers are providing students Lobster Ink subscriptions to give them unlimited access to all courses and to enhance their onsite and online learning and internship managers are assigning Lobster Ink courses in lieu of internship placements, which due to COVID19 are very difficult to find. Deans and Directors are also adopting Lobster Ink to enhance their blended learning and CPD programs for future hospitality students.

STR SHARE Center
